A flexible solution for all requirements
The modular setup of the Netop RC remote maintenance software solution provides the level of flexibility needed by very different organizations. A number of powerful and flexible function modules allow Netop RC to be configured tailored to a wide range of customer needs.
Netop Remote Control
The main components of Netop RC enable secure access to all target devices and their content to be displayed, which allows the user to keep control, provide support, rectify errors, run updates, and monitor performance via one device.
Netop OnDemand
Netop OnDemand provides immediate access to systems on which Netop Remote Control is not yet running. The end user receives web-based support from a member of the IT team by downloading a small, self-executing program. The firewall configuration does not have to be modified in any way.
Netop WebConnect
WebConnect works with systems on which Netop RC is running. The module permits continuous, secure, and unlimited support for all systems and locations without firewalls, proxies or routers having to be reconfigured.
Netop Security Server
The Netop Security module allows the access rights for a virtually unlimited number of users to be managed. The Security Server supports the existing infrastructure and provides integration with directory services, RSA SecurID, and smart cards.
Netop Mobile
The Netop Mobile module allows the IT staff to use mobile devices to support business-critical equipment such as handheld scanners, measuring devices etc. Non-mobile devices are supported too.
Netop Embedded
Netop Embedded makes possible the support and management of various task-specific systems without screen data having to be transferred and without intervention by keyboard or mouse.
