Conditions of support
How can we help? To ensure a rapid response, please use our contact form and provide as much information as possible. Once your request has been received, the person responsible will contact you as quickly as possible.
If you haven't taken out a maintenance contract or if the service is not included in your maintenance agreement, the support is invoiced according to cost. The hourly rate is CHF 232 for hardware and CHF 242 for software. Please note that a minimum of 1 hour of working time is calculated for each intervention.
